Finally! I finally completed the birth announcement for my second granddaughter, Eva who was born in June. Initially I had planned to give it to her shortly after her birth then planned on giving it to her parents at her christening. Well, it was a Christmas gift and in retrospect it was the perfect time. Although much of it was done under duress due to my lack of stitching during the summer months it was a pleasure to stitch and hopefully will be something that she and her parents will treasure forever.
